WHAT SHOULD I BRING:
To help you get the most out of your day on the water, we recommend packing the following essentials.
Clothing & Weather Protection
Sun Protection
A quality hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are highly recommended. Polarised sunglasses are ideal for reducing glare and improving visibility on the water.
Weather-Appropriate Clothing
Conditions can change quickly, so we suggest dressing in layers that can be added or removed as needed throughout the day.
Lightweight Waterproof Jacket
Even when the forecast looks favourable, a compact rain jacket is always worth packing.
Technical or Quick-Dry Apparel
Moisture-wicking clothing helps keep you comfortable during long periods outdoors. Long-sleeved shirts are recommended for additional sun protection.
Warm Layer
During cooler months or early starts, a fleece or lightweight insulating layer can make all the difference.
Neck Protection
A buff, neck gaiter or lightweight scarf provides extra protection from wind and sun exposure.
Spare Clothes
A fresh change of clothes for the trip home is always a good idea.
Personal Items
Medication
Please bring any required medications and advise your guide of any medical conditions or requirements before the trip.
Insect Protection
Mosquitoes and other insects can be present depending on the season and location, so insect repellent is recommended.
Camera or Phone
You'll likely want to capture some memories from your day, so don't forget a camera or smartphone.
