These flies are scaled down onto a small but strong 2/0 Ahrex Bluewater hook. The combination of bucktail and feathers makes these flies come alive when they hit the water. The deerhair head of this fly pushes a stack of water, meaning everything behind the collar has a stack of movement when the fly is stripped.
